1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FoxNights ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. FoxNights is operated by FoxNights and provides hotel booking services worldwide.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use FoxNights only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• •Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity
• •Make false or fraudulent bookings
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Post false or misleading reviews
• •Use automated tools to scrape or access our platform without permission

3. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through FoxNights:

• •You enter into a contract directly with the hotel or accommodation provider
• •FoxNights acts as an intermediary and charges a service fee of 10% on each booking
• •All prices displayed are in USD unless otherwise stated
• •Payment is processed securely through Stripe or Chargily
• •Booking confirmations are sent to your registered email address

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type. FoxNights follows these general guidelines:

• •Free cancellation is available for bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before check-in (where offered)
• •Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may incur a fee equal to one night's stay
• •No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
• •Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• •FoxNights service fees are non-refundable

5. Fox Points Loyalty Program

The Fox Points program is subject to the following terms:

• •Members earn 10 Fox Points for every $1 spent on bookings
• •Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• •FoxNights reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time
• •Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity
• •Tier status (Fox, Silver Fox, Gold Fox) is reviewed annually

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. FoxNights reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Reviews and Content

By submitting reviews or content on FoxNights, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display and distribute that content. Reviews must be honest, accurate and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

FoxNights is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of hotels or accommodation providers.

9. Changes to Terms

FoxNights reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
